Betty M. Dockter, Broker:

Began her career in real estate in 1986 under Earl D. Bohlen, Sr. Her first duties were office and property manager for 93 apartments, several houses, assisted in the building of 5 motels and several commercial buildings, and assistant and office manager for Whetstone Realty, which was then owned by Rich Bohlen.

In 1997 Betty became the broker under Earl s supervision and during that year formed Whetstone Real Estate, Inc., which is a separate company. During the last few years she has trained real estate broker associates.

Betty served on the board of Thrivent for Lutherans, Has been secretary of the American Lutheran Church Counsel. Member of the Milbank Chamber of Commerce, Member of the Better Business Bureau. In 2005 was named to Who s Who among women executives and she is 2006- 2007 Woman Executive of the Year. In 2008 was named outstanding woman executive of the year. She is a past member of the Milbank Kiwanas Club. An active supporter of 4-H. Also active in the Central Plains Dairy Expo and National Holstien Association. Present member & supporter of the several local associations.

Curtis Kunde, Associate Broker:

Curt was raised in the Bellingham MN and has been an employee of the Dakota Granite Company for the past 14 years as credit and computer manager.

Prior to that he was in the agriculture industry for 9 years. He has a degree in business from Mankato State. Curt s wife, Julie, is a teacher in the Milbank school system. They have two sons, Nathan and Kyle. He is active in Milbank Community Pride, St. Lawrence Catholic Church and youth basketball.
